Marriage License Application Process

Step 2: Gather Required Documents
Prepare digital copies of the following documents:

  • Valid identification (National ID, Passport, or Driver’s License)
  • Birth Certificates of both partners
  • Two passport-sized photographs
  • Sworn affidavit or affidavit of single status
  • Proof of residency in Mangrove City (utility bill or official letter)

Step 3: Submit Application Online

  • Log into the Mangrove City Portal
  • Navigate to the Marriage License Section
  • Fill out the online application form
  • Upload all required documents
  • Pay the processing fee online

Step 4: Attend Verification & Interview
