Marriage License Application Process

Prepare digital copies of the following documents:
- Valid identification (National ID, Passport, or Driver’s License)
- Birth Certificates of both partners
- Two passport-sized photographs
- Sworn affidavit or affidavit of single status
- Proof of residency in Mangrove City (utility bill or official letter)

- Navigate to the Marriage License Section
- Fill out the online application form
